This is a small group trip for those who choose to stay outside the traditional fly fishing lodge environment on Kiritimati. You are guided by a senior local guide with well over a decade of experience on the Kiritimati Lagoon and the outer reefs of this island paradise.
We fish for bonefish, triggerfish, bluefin and striped trevally, giant trevally, and other local species. Fishing is for six full days with one guide per angler and a shared boatman and boat, if two anglers. Expect to start around 0730 each morning or later if you wish.
You will be met at Cassidy International Airport on the Fiji Airways flight from Honolulu (or Nadi, Fiji). Your guide will deliver you to your accommodation. We will arrange your itinerary and fishing program, including local cooking, daily housekeeping and laundry services, packed lunches, water and juice, with beer and wine on request.
