No Slack Loops is an exploration angling business. We design and run bespoke freshwater and saltwater fly fishing expeditions, from New Zealand to Tierra del Fuego, Pacific atolls to the Caribbean.
Our guides and hosts have spent extensive time on the ground. They understand the water and know the people who make each trip work. From wilderness brown trout water and oversized brook trout to bonefish flats and reef edges, local knowledge and logistics shape every expedition.

Our founder, Michael Gregg, has fished for almost five decades and has helped anglers traveling to New Zealand since 2012. Exploring Pacific saltwater destinations and South American lodges has only added to his search for remote water at the edge of the world.
No Slack Loops grew from that drive to explore: reaching beyond familiar lodges and easy access to find lightly pressured fisheries and build the relationships needed to visit them well.
For some special locations, we partner with local communities to open new fly fishing destinations for our regular guests. The fishing brings us there. The people and the places give us a reason to return.
